Here's something that doesn't happen to Apple that often. Just ahead of the Thursday press event where the iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 will be unveiled, the official user-guide for iOS 8 has been updated with screenshots that show both the new iPads. The images reveal that each will have the Touch ID fingerprint sensor and both would look nearly identical to their predecessors.
Although there are going to be some changes under the hood with the iPad Air 2 expected to feature a faster A8X chipset while the iPad Mini 3 will make do with the new A8 chipset found on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
