Asus has begun seeding Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for its Zenfone series in India. The Zenfone 4 (A400CG) and Zenfone 5 (A501CG) have already been updated to KitKat. Although there are no notable changes to the overall Zen UI, there are performance tweaks, security improvements alongwith better battery-life.
There are updates to the camera app, what's next, PC Link and Remote Link apps as well. Overall, this is a major overhaul of the Android system which should make your phone more stable and help it perform better.
