HONOR has recently made headlines with the global release of its HONOR Pad 9 tablet at MWC. Now, HTech is hinting at the imminent launch of the tablet in India, as its landing page is now live on Amazon India. The Joint Managing Director of HTech, CP Khandelwal, confirmed via LinkedIn that the company will include a complimentary Bluetooth keyboard compatible with the Pad 9.
This sleek tablet weighs a mere 555g and measures just 6.96mm thick, featuring a generous 12.1-inch, 2.5K (WQXA) LCD screen. Powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and equipped with a substantial 8300mAh battery, the device supports 35W fast charging.
The Amazon page underscores the tablet's expansive screen, which has received TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and TÜV Rheinland Flicker-free certifications. Additionally, it's been confirmed that the Indian variant will offer the same 8+256GB configuration as global units, along with 8GB of virtual RAM support.
Running on HONOR’s MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, the HONOR Pad 9 promises smart connectivity, services, performance, privacy, and security. For an immersive media experience, it boasts an 8-speaker setup, dual microphones, and voice enhancement algorithms.
