HTC has just started sending invites for its "Double Exposure" event on October 8th to be held in New York City. The two women shown in the invite seem to be taking a selfie with a HTC handset. HTC went completely in the wrong direction with the UltraPixel camera and its about time they change that.
The in-thing now is selfies, and even though the new HTC One M8 features a 5 MP front-camera it remains to be seen what new thing the company will bring to the table. A name that has been propping up during this talk is the HTC Eye. But then again the event may not be to launch a phone but just something to do about smartphones and photography.
