Alongwith the Le 1S metal smartphone, Le Eco also launched its flagship Le Max in India. Running on a Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor, the Le Max uses the available bandwidth to its fullest with 4GB LPDDR4 memory and 64GB / 128GB onboard flash memory.
But that's not all the company has worked quite a lot on the build of the device as well alongwith design. The Le Max is made of one sheet of aluminium which is polished and chamfered to make it easier to hold. The metal exterior houses a 6.3-inch Quad-HD display which has one of the narrowest bezels we have seen on a smartphone at just 0.8mm. The new floating-glass design where the front-glass panel extents to the sides of the front panel makes for a truly immersive experience watching movies, videos or playing games.
Talking about the camera now, LeEco (formerly LeTV) has included the new flagship camera sensor from Sony, IMX 230 which has both phase-detection Auto-focus (PDAF) and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Moreover, the 6P Lens and optics are provided by Sharp for better quality. The Le Max can record 4K videos with video stabilization. There's also a 4MP ultraPixel front-facing camera which we've seen as the rear camera on the HTC One M8. It also has a fingerprint sensor at the back just below the camera module.
The Le Max comes with a 3400 mAh non-removable battery which may seem a bit less for the massive 5.3-inch display, but the company says with their software optimization, the battery should easily last one full day on a charge.

On the connectivity front you have 4G LTE dual-SIM support, dual-band WiFi, Wireless Hi-definition (WiHD) for wireless streaming, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS. There's a USB Type-C port here as well which supports fast charging. You also get a USB Type-C to normal-USB cable/convertor within the box.
Pricing and Availability
The Le Max will be available later on February 16th on Flipkart priced at Rs. 32,999 for the 64GB storage variant in gold and silver colors. The company has also maid a special sapphire edition which has a sapphire glass coated display and comes in pink color priced at Rs. 69,999 with 128GB non-expandable storage.
