Lenovo launches its own 4GB RAM phone, the K80 with 5.5-inch 1080p display, 4000 mAh battery

Lenovo K80 has arrived in China, and its the second phone to feature 64-bit architecture with 4 GB RAM after the Asus Zenfone 2. It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom processor clocked at 1.86 GHz, and a 5.5-inch 1080p full-HD display. There will be two variants available 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 2GB RAM with 32GB storage.

The Lenovo K80 has a 13 MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and 5 MP front camera. Considering the specs, its neck-to-neck with the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML. But the Lenovo K80 comes with a humongous 4000 mAh battery.


It will be available in Black, Red and White colors priced at 1799 Chinese Yuan (USD 290 or Rs. 18,500) for the 4GB RAM, 64GB storage variant while the 2GB RAM, 32GB storage variant is going for 1499 Chinese Yuan (USD 242 or Rs. 15,400). At present there are no details about a global roll-out but the 2 GB RAM variant is going on sale starting April 30th.
