Microsoft today expanded its Windows Phone portfolio with the Lumia 540 Dual-SIM. The new Lumia 540 Dual SIM comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display, quad-core Snapdragon 200 with 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128 GB priced at $150.

The Lumia 540 Dual-SIM is an upgrade over the Lumia 535 Dual SIM and comes with a HD display, 8 MP rear and possibly the same 5 MP front camera with a wide-angle lens. There's a 2200 mAh removable battery inside.
The Lumia 540 Dual SIM runs Windows Phone 8.1 with the Lumia Denim update and should be in line to get Windows 10 as well. Connectivity options include 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and FM Radio. It will be available in India, the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific and Italy starting early May 2015 in glossy white, orange, cyan and matte black options.
