Nokia 6 had garnered more than one million registrations for its first sale and now the entire stock on JD.com in China was sold in just 1 minute. During this time 100,000 units of the Nokia 6 budget android smartphone were pre-ordered by paying just $9 for each for registration. This amount would be deducted from the total price of about $245. Just to remind you, the Nokia 6 is powered by the Snapdragon 430 with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 16MP/8MP cameras.

Vivo V5 Plus with 20MP + 8MP dual front cameras is now available for pre-order in India through retail stores priced at Rs. 27980. It also packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display running on the Snapdragon 625 processor, same as the Redmi Note 4. It also has a 16MP f/2.0 rear camera with PDAF, LED Flash. The fingerprint sensor is in the front embedded in the home button and all this is powered by a 3160 mAh battery which is capable of charging fast.

Samsung's Bixby virtual assistant which is to make its way to the Galaxy S8 is also said to get visual search using its rear camera and recognize text. There is also talk of the S-Health app getting WebMD integration. According to latest reports, Bixby will be able to recognize images, objects, and text, this is similar to what Google Goggles did back in the day. Bixby was a product of Viv Labs which was acquired in October by Samsung to compete with the Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Siri.
