Oppo today launched the Oppo Joy Plus, the company's budget Android smartphone in India. It comes with a 4-inch WVGA display, 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 with 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage running Android 4.4 KitKat with Color OS on top.
The Oppo Joy Plus is a dual-SIM smartphone with 3G HSPA+ connectivity, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and there's a 1700 mAh battery. Commenting on the launch Tom Lu CEO of Oppo Mobile India had this to say:

The Smartphone market in India is constantly evolving and we intend to reach across sections through our budget Smartphone, Joy Plus. We are looking at aggressive market penetration this year and we are confident that Joy Plus, packed with latest features will provide our customers more personal and reliable mobile experience.
The Oppo Joy Plus has been priced at Rs. 6990 which is quite overpriced for the specs, and will be available in Blue and White colors.
