Google Pixel 8a Detailed specs leak.

Google is preparing to launch its upcoming smartphone the Pixel 8a in the coming month. Following last year's emergence of renders, additional information regarding the Pixel 8a has surfaced in anticipation of Google I/O in May. It has been disclosed that the device will feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display boasting a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness reaching up to 1400 nits, matching the Pixel 8 with a 40% increase.

Reports suggest that the Pixel 8a will maintain the same camera configuration as the Pixel 7a, comprising a 64MP primary rear camera with OIS, accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide secondary camera. Additionally, it will include a 13-megapixel front-facing camera capable of 4K video recording on both the front and rear.

Although the Pixel 8a is anticipated to integrate the Google Tensor G3 SoC with 5G SA/NSA support and incorporate the Titan M2 Security chip from the Pixel 8 series, it is rumored to opt for Samsung's IPoP (Integrated Package on Package) technology instead of the Pixel 8's G3 FOPLP (Fan-Out Panel Level Packaging) to reduce costs, similar to the approach taken with the Pixel 7a, primarily aimed at cost reduction.

The device is expected to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP67 ratings for water and dust resistance, and support for wireless charging. However, specific details regarding the battery remain undisclosed at this time.
