Realme has officially announced the launch of the realme P1 5G and P1 Pro 5G smartphones in India, set to debut on April 15th, priced within the Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 20,000 range, respectively. For the realme P1 5G, the company has revealed specifications including the Dimensity 7050 SoC and a 7-layer VC cooling system with a 4356.62mm² vapor chamber. This device claims to be the first to feature a 120Hz AMOLED display under Rs. 15,000, boasting a flat screen and a peak brightness of 2000 nits.
As for the P1 Pro 5G, realme has disclosed its features, which include a 120Hz curved AMOLED screen with a 2.32mm narrow chin, Pro-XR, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC – the first in the under Rs. 20,000 segment. Additionally, the phone incorporates a 3D VC cooling system, tactical engine, 45W SuperVOOC charging, and Rainwater touch technology.
realme has also drawn comparisons between the P1 Pro 5G and the vivo T3 5G, emphasizing features such as the curved screen, VC cooling, IP55 ratings, and a promised four years of fluency on its phone.
Both the realme P1 5G and P1 Pro 5G will be available for purchase on Flipkart, as well as realme.com. Further details, including pricing, will be unveiled upon the phones' official launch next week.
