YU Televentures has just announced that it has 100,000 units of Yuphoria all built and designed in India to be available for open sale between July 21st and July 23rd on Amazon.in. YU had announced that they will make the Yuphoria in India, and they have delivered.
All units will be available for open sale without registrations on Amazon. Rahul Sharma, Founder of YU had this to say about the company's Make in India campaign:

This is a huge leap and a testimony of our growth as it will help us to improve the design and propel research and development of products to suit the domestic requirements and demands of the Indian market.
We reviewed the Yuphoria, it has a sturdy build quality, decent cameras and priced at Rs. 6999 it offers good value for money, if YU can fix some of its issues. There has been an update which has fixed some of the software issues, but a couple still remain.
