Google has launched its latest flagship smartphone the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro in the Global Market including in India, as promised. The Pixel 7 comes with a 6.32-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, while the Pixel 7 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ OLED display with a 10-120Hz variable refresh rate. These have 25% higher peaker brightness than the predecessor and have an In-display fingerprint scanner.
Both smartphones run on the latest Google Tensor G2 processor with 5G SA/NSA support and come with a Titan M2 Security chip. These have up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage and are based on the latest Android 13, and these will get security updates for 5 years, and OS updates should be for 3 years.
Both the phones have a 50-megapixel primary rear camera along with a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and the Pixel 7 Pro has an autofocus ultrawide camera with the macro option, and also has a 48MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom, as compared to 4x optical zoom and 20x digital zoom in the Pixel 6 Pro. Both these feature Photo unblur, and Cinematic Blur for portrait video, and have 10-bit HDR video recording that also works with Snap, TikTok, and YouTube. Both have a 10.8MP punch-hole front-facing camera that supports face unlock.
The phones have zirconia-blasted matte aluminum and a polished aluminum frame, as per the company. These have Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on both the front and the back side and have IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The Pixel 7 is powered by a 4355mAh battery and the Pixel 7 Pro has a 5000mAh battery, both supports 30W fast charging and wireless charging. The company promises up to 72 hours of battery life in extreme battery saver mode.

The Pixel 7 Pro comes in Obsidian, Hazel, and Snow colors in India and the price is Rs. 84,999 for 12GB RAM with 128GB storage version. These are available from October 13th in India and the pre-order has started now on Flipkart.
