The latest true wireless earbuds feature a lightweight semi-in-ear design with a curved ergonomic shape for a secure and comfortable fit. Each earbud weighs just 4.0g and is available in Moonlight White and Midnight Black color options.
Adaptive Noise Cancellation
The HONOR Earbuds 5e comes equipped with adaptive active noise cancellation technology capable of reducing ambient noise by up to 52dB, with an average full-frequency noise reduction depth of 28dB. The system intelligently adapts to surrounding conditions and provides three dedicated ANC modes:
- Light Mode: Suitable for quiet environments such as libraries and offices.
- Moderate Mode: Designed for daily outdoor use and urban streets.
- Deep Mode: Optimized for loud environments including trains and subway systems.
Audio Performance
For sound reproduction, the earbuds feature a custom-developed 12mm Hi-Fi dynamic driver paired with a diamond-like amorphous carbon (DLC) dome diaphragm. HONOR says the diaphragm offers improved rigidity compared to traditional titanium and gold-plated alternatives, resulting in enhanced audio precision and clarity.
The driver achieves a transient response time of less than 60µs and total harmonic distortion below 0.2% at 1kHz, while the redesigned acoustic chamber is engineered to create a broader and more immersive soundstage.
