HMD Global has launched its latest rugged smartphone the Nokia XR21in the Global Market, after rumors. It has a waterproof phone (IP68) with a sleek casing that is made to the MIL-STD-810H military standard. It has IP69K standards to be drop-proof, dust-proof, waterproof, and life-proof, says the company. The phone has a 100% recycled aluminum chassis and tough materials as well as Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
It has a smaller 6.49-inch FHD+ punch-hole display with 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and a Side-mounted fingerprint sensor. There are two programmable buttons where you can make the most frequent tasks more accessible. It runs on the Snapdragon 695 5G processor with 6GB RAM, 128GB storage and is based on Android 12 with three years of software upgrades and four years of security updates.
It has a 64MP primary rear camera with an 8MP ultra-wide camera without a ZEISS Optics lens. The front camera has an upgrade from 8MP to 16MP punch-hole and retains a 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers, and OZO spatial audio. It is powered by a 4800mAh that supports 33W fast charging, but this doesn’t have the wireless charging that was present in the Nokia XR20.

The Nokia XR21 comes in Midnight Black and Pine Green colors and the price is £499.99 (US$ 625 / Rs. 51,190 approx.) for 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, and It will be available from June in the UK.
