OPPO has launched its latest smartphone in the A series the OPPO A3 Pro in China, succeeding last year's A2 Pro model, after teaser. It features a spacious 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz curved OLED display, it runs on the Dimensity 7050 SoC, offering up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, mirroring the capabilities of its predecessor.
Setting a new standard in its segment, the phone boasts IP69, IP68, and IP66 ratings for dust and water resistance, making it resilient against hot water, water immersion, and water spray. Additionally, it sports a 360° anti-fall body and employs Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for screen protection, a feature typically found in flagship devices, according to the company.
OPPO emphasizes that the anti-fall performance of the device surpasses that of comparable products by 180% for the screen protection glass and 160% for the back cover, utilizing the first-of-its-kind OPPO Crystal Shield Glass.
In terms of photography, the phone is equipped with a 64MP rear camera accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor. Powering the device is a robust 5000mAh battery, supported by 67W fast charging technology capable of reaching 56% charge in just 20 minutes and fully charging in 42 minutes.
