OPPO has launched its latest 5G smartphone the OPPO A78 5G in India, after the launch of Oppo A17 last year. It has a 6.56-inch HD+ screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and runs on MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC that is compatible with all Indian service providers, including Jio, Vodafone, and Airtel (on SA and NSA networks). It has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM + up to 8GB of virtual RAM with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage and is based on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.
It has a dual rear camera setup where a 50MP primary camera along with a 2MP portrait sensor and an 8MP inside notch front-facing camera. The back has polished rings around the camera module and a pattern of brilliant lights extending to the backplate; its OPPO Glow treatment produces a glittering matte, stain-resistant finish. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging via USB Type-C.

Pricing and Availability -
The OPPO A78 5G comes in Glowing Blue and Glowing Black colors and the price is Rs. 18,999 for the single 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version. It will be available from January 18 in India on mainline retail outlets, OPPO E-Store, and Amazon India. The customers also get Up to 10% Cashback and six months NCEMI from ICICI, SBI, BOB, IDFC, ONECARD, and AU FINANCE banks.
