Update - OPPO is preparing to launch its first Find N foldable smartphone on December 15th. Now, the press images of the phone have surfaced online by leakster @evleaks, where the images show curved corners and a curved display on the front with a punch-hole camera of the phone. It has a sleek design for a foldable phone and looks smaller than the Galaxy Fold, but the dimensions are not available yet.

The images also show a 50MP primary rear camera with an IMX766 sensor along with 16MP + 13MP cameras and have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The camera bump looks similar to the OPPO Find X3. The company also shares a new teaser video that shows the hinge in action and said that this has the best hinge and display designs on a foldable phone available today.

OPPO CPO Pete Lau also posted an image on their weibo account showing the internal foldable screen of the phone that has a punch hole camera (32MP) on the left side and said that you can ‘hardly see the crease’. To achieve this, the company has used several technologies and has filed 125 patents, he added.

The OPPO Find N price also leaked where the base 8GB + 256GB variant will cost RMB 12,999 (approx Rs. 1,54,750), and the top-end 12GB + 512GB variant will cost RMB 13,999 (approx Rs. 1,66,650).

Earlier - Today, OPPO has confirmed that will introduce its first foldable flagship smartphone the OPPO Find N during its second day of the INNO Day 2021 event on December 15th. The company also shares a teaser video on the official Twitter account that shows an external and foldable internal screen with high-quality colors.

Another teaser image shows a triple rear camera setup and a branding of ‘Designed for Find’. According to the earlier rumors, the OPPO Find N will feature an 8-inch internal display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.5-inch 60Hz external screen. It could be run on Snapdragon 888 processor with a 50MP primary rear camera with an IMX766 sensor along with a 16MP Ultra-wide camera with an IMX481 sensor, a 13MP camera with Samsung S5K3M5 sensor with a matrix design, and a 32MP punch-hole front-facing camera.

CEO Pete Lau said that the phone is created after four years of intense R&D and 6 generations of prototypes. He also added that the Find N is OPPO’s answer to the future of smartphones. The team waited since the first generation of the Find N prototype in April 2018, to create a foldable phone that offers a great user experience instead of simply rushing to keep up with trends.
