POCO has finally confirmed that will launch its first 5G smartphone the POCO M3 Pro 5G in India on June 8th. This will be available on Flipkart after the launch. It was launched in the global markets last month and is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10 5G with a new design. It comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ 90Hz DynamicSwitch DotDisplay, which is capable of adjusting to content automatically from static content viewing at 50Hz, streaming video at 60Hz to scrolling social media feeds or gaming at up to 90Hz.

It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor with up to 6GB of RAM, 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, and works on MIUI 12 based on Android 11. It has a triple rear camera setup where a 48MP primary camera along with 2MP depth, 2MP macro cameras and has 8MP Front-facing punch-hole camera. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, but comes with a 22.5W fast charger in the box.

The POCO M3 Pro 5G was launched in Europe at the price of β¬179 (US$ 218 / Rs. 15,995 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version, but the price in India will be lesser around Rs. 15,000 in India to compete with the realme 8 5G.
