realme has launched its latest smartwatch in the S series, the realme Watch S5 in India, as promised. It features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466×466 pixel resolution, 302 PPI pixel density, a 79% screen-to-body ratio, and peak brightness of up to 1000 nits.
The Watch S5 comes with an aluminum alloy dial protected by Panda Glass and weighs approximately 49.63g including the strap. It uses removable 22mm silica gel straps and is offered in Sand White and Rock Grey colour variants.
For health and fitness tracking, the smartwatch includes independent GPS support with five global satellite positioning systems and over 110 sports modes. Additional workout and fitness features include running courses, stretching guidance, VO2 Max tracking, aerobic training effect analysis, recovery time monitoring, sports rankings, and automatic workout detection for activities such as walking, running, elliptical training, and rowing.
The watch also supports daily activity tracking, including steps, calories burned, distance covered, and standing reminders.
Health monitoring features include heart rate tracking, blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring, sleep tracking, stress monitoring, and noise detection. The smartwatch also offers breathing exercises and sedentary reminders. Users can perform one-tap measurements for heart rate, SpO2, and stress directly from the watch, while women’s health tracking is available through the realme Link app.
The realme Watch S5 also includes several smart connectivity features such as Bluetooth calling, independent Bluetooth intercom, message notifications, weather updates, event reminders, alarm clock, stopwatch, calculator, cloud watch faces, photo album watch faces, Always-On Display support, and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.
According to the company, the smartwatch can deliver up to 16 days of battery life under standard usage and up to 20 days in customizable light smart mode. It supports magnetic charging and takes around 2.5 hours to fully charge. The watch also comes with 5ATM water resistance.

Pricing and Availability -
The realme Watch S5 is priced at Rs. 7,999 in India. As part of the launch offer, the smartwatch will be available at a special introductory price of Rs. 7,499, including a Rs. 500 discount.
The offer will be valid from 12 PM on June 5 until 11:59 PM on June 7, 2026. The smartwatch will be available for purchase via Flipkart, the realme India website, and mainline retail stores.
