REDMAGIC has officially launched its latest smartphones in the REDMAGIC 11S Pro series, the REDMAGIC 11S Pro, and REDMAGIC 11S Pro+ in China, as previously announced. Targeted at the premium gaming smartphone segment, the new lineup is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Leading Edition chipset and introduces advanced thermal cooling technologies.
Design and Display -
The REDMAGIC 11S Pro series adopts a flat-back design paired with a seamless full-screen display on the front. The smartphones come in four finishes: Deuterium Transparent Silver Wing, Deuterium Transparent Dark Night, Dark Knight, and Silver Wing Warrior.
On the front, the phones feature a 6.85-inch 1.5K BOE X10 display with an under-display camera design, enabling a 95.3% screen-to-body ratio.

- Up to 144Hz refresh rate
- 16MP under-display front camera
- BOE X10 luminescent material developed jointly with BOE, reducing power consumption by 10% while improving panel lifespan by 30%
- 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner on all variants
For gaming responsiveness, the series is equipped with a Synaptics touch chip that delivers a 3000Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate and a 360Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate.
Performance and Gaming Features -
Powering the REDMAGIC 11S Pro lineup is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Leading Edition platform, featuring CPU clock speeds of up to 4.74GHz. REDMAGIC claims this is the most powerful Snapdragon mobile platform introduced so far.
The phones also integrate REDMAGIC’s in-house Redcore R4 gaming chip, designed to enhance touch response, lighting effects, rendering performance, and support super-resolution and super-frame gaming features.
Gaming-focused additions include:
- Direct Steam connection support through a next-generation PC emulator
- Cross-platform compatibility for PC gaming
- Real-time game save synchronization
- Built-in Thunder Accelerator with a complimentary six-month subscription
- Support for cross-platform multiplayer and co-op gaming
Thermal Management System -
To handle sustained gaming workloads, REDMAGIC has introduced what it calls the industry’s first integrated air and liquid cooling solution.
The Wind Chaser 4.0 active cooling fan spins at up to 24,000 rpm and uses a through-flow airflow structure while maintaining noise levels below 30dB. The fan module also carries an IPX8 waterproof rating.
The liquid cooling system includes a redesigned pulsed water-cooling engine with a custom fluorinated liquid channel inspired by AI server cooling systems. The setup uses a piezoelectric micro-pump and is engineered with a leak-resistant and drop-resistant structure.
Battery, Camera, and Connectivity -
The standard REDMAGIC 11S Pro packs an 8000mAh “Bull Demon King Battery 3.0,” which the company says is the largest battery ever used in a REDMAGIC smartphone.
The Pro+ model supports 120W wired fast charging along with 80W wireless charging.
For imaging, the series features a dual 50MP rear camera setup and includes multiple AI-powered image editing capabilities.
