Redmi 9 has been listed on online retailer websites that revealing complete specifications and prices after lots of rumors. As per renders, it has a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD water-drop display with a rear fingerprint scanner and IR sensor. It runs on MediaTek Helio G80 (8nm) gaming processor with up to 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage and works on MIUI 11 based on Android 10.
Coming to the cameras, it had a quad rear camera setup where a 13 MP primary rear camera along with an 8 MP 118° ultra-wide-angle lens, 5 MP 4cm macro lens, and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front side has an 8 MP water-drop front-facing camera.
Redmi 9 has a textured anti-fingerprint back body and is powered by a 5020mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging through USB Type-C, and it comes in Ocean Green, Sunset Purple, and Carbon Gray colors. According to the renders, it could be announced on June 10 but it's not clear yet.
