Samsung has launched its latest mid-range 5G smartphone the Galaxy F23 5G in the F series in India, which is the successor to last year’s Galaxy F22 smartphone. It has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD Infinity-V display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It runs on the Snapdragon 750G processor with up to 6GB of RAM, 128GB storage and comes with RAM Plus feature and powers cool technology to keep the temperature low.
It is based on Android 12 with Samsung One UI 4.1, and Samsung has confirmed two years of Android updates and 4 years of security updates. It has a triple rear camera setup where a 50MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and on the front side has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging, but it doesn’t come with a charger in the box. These will be the first mid-range Samsung phone to lack an in-box charger, after the flagships.

The Samsung Galaxy F23 5G comes in Aqua Blue and Forest Green colors. It will be available from March 16th on Flipkart, Samsung India eStore, and offline stores. As a part of the introductory offer, these will be available at an offer price of Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 15,999, respectively including the Rs. 1000 instant discount on ICICI Bank credit cards.
