The Galaxy S21 Ultra could have a 6.7-inch and 6.9-inch display and measure 165.1 x 75.6 x 8.9~10.8mm with a large camera bump but, we still don’t have the camera specifications yet. Recent render revealed a Penta camera setup for the phone which will include an improved 108MP primary HM3 sensor and the earlier rumors said that the phone could sport Telephoto and Periscope lenses with 12 MP ultra-wide cameras. The phone will feature a Quad HD+ screen that will support a 120Hz refresh rate and include digitizer for the S Pen just like the Galaxy Note phones.

Now a new render has surfaced that the design of Galaxy S21 Ultra will support S Pen, but it didn’t have an S Pen slot which raised doubts if it will actually come with a stylus. If the company bundles the S Pen in the box, it might sell a separate case to hold for the S Pen like the Tab S7, but it is doubtful if it will attach magnetically to the back of the phone like the tablet.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 series is expected to be announced sometime in early January 2021 and will start rolling out the phones by the end of January or early February. We should know more details and the specifications of the phones in the upcoming weeks.
