Samsung Electronics has unveiled its 2026 Odyssey gaming monitor portfolio, rolling out five new models that emphasize ultra-high resolutions, extreme refresh rates, and immersive display innovations. The new range features Samsung’s first 6K glasses-free 3D gaming monitor, a next-generation high-refresh-rate Odyssey G6, and three Odyssey G8 variants offering 6K, 5K, and OLED panel options.
Odyssey 3D: 6K glasses-free 3D gaming monitor -
The 32-inch Odyssey 3D (G90XH) becomes the world’s first gaming monitor to combine a 6K resolution with glasses-free 3D viewing. Using real-time eye-tracking, the display dynamically adjusts depth and perspective based on the viewer’s position, delivering a 3D experience without headsets or glasses.

The monitor supports a 165Hz refresh rate, expandable to 330Hz via Dual Mode, along with a 1ms gray-to-gray response time. Samsung says select PC games will receive specially optimized 3D effects developed in partnership with game studios.
Confirmed supported titles include The First Berserker: Khazan, Lies of P: Overture, and Stellar Blade, offering improved depth, distance rendering, and object separation over conventional 2D gameplay.
Odyssey G6: 1,040Hz refresh rate gaming monitor -

The 27-inch Odyssey G6 (G60H) debuts as the world’s first gaming monitor capable of reaching a 1,040Hz refresh rate using Dual Mode. At its native setting, it delivers QHD resolution with refresh rates up to 600Hz.
Built for competitive and esports gaming, the Odyssey G6 prioritizes motion clarity and ultra-low latency. It supports both AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible to minimize tearing and stutter.
Odyssey G8 series: 6K, 5K, and OLED options -
Samsung is also expanding the Odyssey G8 lineup in 2026 with three distinct models, each targeting different performance and display preferences. All Odyssey G8 models support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible.

- The 32-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HS) is the industry’s first 6K gaming monitor, offering a native 165Hz refresh rate and Dual Mode support for up to 330Hz at 3K resolution.
- The 27-inch Odyssey G8 (G80HF) features a sharp 5K panel with refresh rates up to 180Hz, which can be pushed to 360Hz at QHD resolution using Dual Mode.
- Rounding out the lineup is the 32-inch Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SH), equipped with a 4K QD-OLED panel and a 240Hz refresh rate. It offers glare-free viewing, up to 300 nits brightness, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20) connectivity enables up to 80Gbps bandwidth for HDR and variable refresh rate content.
