Sony India has launched the new Sony BRAVIA 3 II TV series in India, further expanding its premium smart TV portfolio with advanced AI-based picture processing, immersive audio technologies, and enhanced gaming capabilities.

The Sony BRAVIA 3 II is powered by the company’s AI XR Processor™, designed to analyse content in a way that mimics human vision and hearing. The processor adjusts visuals in real time to enhance depth, colour precision, contrast, and overall clarity, delivering a more realistic viewing experience.

Sony says the television is built to offer a balanced combination of high-quality visuals, immersive sound, and gaming-focused features. It is also optimized to maintain smoothness and clarity during fast-paced scenes, including sports broadcasts and action-heavy content.

On the software side, the TV runs Google TV, providing access to a wide range of streaming apps, curated recommendations, and Google Assistant voice controls. The platform also supports integration with multiple smart home ecosystems.

Sony is additionally bundling access to Sony Pictures Core, which offers studio-quality streaming including IMAX Enhanced titles. The service uses Pure Stream technology with bitrates up to 80 Mbps for higher-quality playback and includes five complimentary movie credits valid for 12 months.
