Sony has announced its new models in their Bravia XR TVs series where the MASTER Series Z9J 8K LED is the top flagship model that featuring their Cognitive Processor XR. The company has also revealed its latest modular Crystal LED C-series and B-series TVs in the part of Mini LED display technology.
Its new TV is Sony’s newest Cognitive Processor XR that claimed to “use a completely new processing method designed to replicate the ways humans see and hear.” When processing the images that time processor divides the screen into numerous zones, analyzing the elements in these zones at once. After it, the processor adjusts the image parameters for each element so that they feel synchronized and look like actual life.
The processor also enhanced audio capabilities to analyzing the sound position in the signal to match what is on the screen for improved realism within the 3D surround sound effect. Some of the other features in the Bravia XR lineup are the BRAVIA CORE streaming platform, Google TV, HDMI 2.1 compatibility, and X-wide Angle technology.
Sony also introduced two new “Crystal LED” Modular Direct View Display systems, features with Mini LED technology. The C-series is designed for high contrast applications with a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, while the B-series is made for high brightness applications with a peak brightness of 1,800 cd/m2.
These series feature an “X1 for Crystal LED” image processor, and it comes in two-pixel sizes (P1.26mm and P1.58mm) for different installation needs. These TVs are modular and have a bezel-free lightweight design, which improves the installation procedure. All TVs supports wide viewing angle and wide color gamut, HDR, high refresh rates, and 3D input signals.
Sony’s new Bravia XR TVs will be showcased at CES 2021 and its pricing and availability will be declared during Spring 2021, and the Crystal LED C-series and B-series will become available during Summer 2021.
