vivo has officially announced its next smartphone in the V70 series, the Vivo V70 FE in India soon, the successor to last year’s V60e. The smartphone recently debuted globally in Indonesia, and dedicated teaser pages along with e-commerce microsites have now gone live in India, signaling its imminent arrival.
In terms of optics, the device will feature a 200MP primary camera, similar to its predecessor, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it is expected to sport a 32MP front-facing camera. The phone will come with a larger 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset. It will also house a massive 7000mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging.
On the durability front, the handset is set to offer IP68 and IP69 ratings for enhanced dust and water resistance. Color options are expected to include Light Purple, as seen in teasers, along with a glow-in-the-dark “Monsoon Blue” variant, according to reports.
Following its launch, the V70 FE will be available through Amazon India, Flipkart, and vivo’s official retail platforms. The India debut is anticipated in early April.
