iQOO X300 UItra and X300s with teleconverter kit launch soon.

After showcasing the 400mm teleconverter kit for the vivo X300 Ultra at Mobile World Congress earlier this month, vivo has now revealed the vivo X300s equipped with a 200mm teleconverter kit.

Vivo executive Han Boxiao stated that the X300 series departs from conventional smartphone development, prioritizing a camera-focused design across hardware selection, photography, videography, color science, and overall image quality. He described the series as a true fusion of professional camera capabilities and smartphone convenience.

In terms of design, the devices combine elements of both smartphones and professional cameras. The X300 Ultra and X300s debut in a new film green colour option, inspired by classic photography aesthetics, giving the devices a stylish blend of retro and modern appeal.

Both models support telephoto zoom modes. The X300 Ultra features a new 400mm telephoto lens for enhanced long-range photography, while all models in the lineup support a 200mm telephoto lens designed for lighter, more portable use.

According to earlier reports, the X300 Ultra is rumoured to feature a 6.82-inch 2K+ 144Hz BOE flat OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, a 200MP Sony LYT-901 main sensor, a 200MP HPB periscope telephoto lens, what is claimed to be the industry’s most advanced ultra-wide camera, a dual 200mm + 400mm teleconverter system, and a 6600mAh battery.

Vivo has already confirmed that the X300s will sport a 6.78-inch 144Hz BOE Q10 Plus OLED display, a 200MP camera sensor, symmetrical dual speakers, and a high-performance vibration motor. It is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset and, according to tipster Digital Chat Station, may pack a 7100mAh battery.

The same source suggests that the X300 Ultra, X300s, and the vivo Pad6 Pro could debut on March 30. An official confirmation of the China launch date is expected soon.
