Xiaomi also launched its newest half in-ear wireless earbuds, the Xiaomi Buds 6 in China alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. Designed for comfort, the earbuds weigh just 4.4g each and feature a bionic curved structure that conforms more naturally to the ear canal. They are powered by Snapdragon Sound with aptX Lossless and Adaptive support, along with Hi-Res Audio certification, enabling 24-bit/48kHz high-definition lossless playback at speeds of up to 2.1Mbps.
The earbuds house a newly developed three-magnet driver paired with a 24K gold-plated diaphragm, enhancing high-frequency sensitivity by 30 percent for clearer treble response and deeper, more refined bass. Audio tuning is handled by HARMAN’s Golden Ear Team, unlocking specialized sound profiles such as Harman Audio EFX Mode and Master Mode.
Additional features include support for Apple Find My for easy tracking, independent earbud recording, semi-in-ear active noise reduction, and immersive spatial audio. The Xiaomi Buds 6 come with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, support dual-device connectivity, and deliver up to 6.5 hours of playback on a single charge, extending to as much as 35 hours in total with the charging case when noise reduction is disabled.
