Xiaomi is all set to launch its latest flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 11 after several rumors. Today, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun has confirmed that the Mi 11 phone that will be announced next week will not come with a charger in the box, only it comes with a USB Type-C charging cable along with the phone. It said that this move is to protect the environment, so the box doesn’t include a charger because to reduce the thickness of the box.
The CEO also said that "It is well aware that this decision may not be understood or even be criticized". He asked is there a better solution between industry practice and environmental protection.
Recently, Xiaomi has also confirmed that the phone will be protected by the latest Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and also comes with Harman Kardon audio experience, Wi-Fi 6E support, and more. As we know that the Mi 11 will be the first phone to be powered by Snapdragon 888 5G 5nm processor. The Mi 11 will feature a punch-hole AMOLED screen, while the Mi 11 Pro has a QHD+ curved screen with a 108MP main camera and more. The actual image of the back panel of the phone has also surfaced online in several colors where it looks leather-like texture.
