Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it will unveil the Xiaomi Watch 5 smartwatch and Xiaomi Buds 6 TWS earbuds in China on December 25, alongside the Xiaomi 17 Ultra smartphone.
Xiaomi Watch 5 -
Positioned as a flagship wearable, the Xiaomi Watch 5 is powered by the Snapdragon W5 processor, delivering improved performance and efficiency. It represents a major step forward in Xiaomi’s health-tracking capabilities, introducing an EMG (electromyography) sensor in addition to a dedicated ECG (electrocardiogram) sensor. Together, these enable advanced muscle activity analysis and comprehensive heart monitoring.
The smartwatch features a premium design with a one-piece forged stainless steel chassis, protected by a double-sided artificial sapphire crystal. Teaser images also highlight multiple styling options, with three different strap designs suited for both sporty and formal use.
Xiaomi Buds 6 -
The Xiaomi Buds 6 TWS earbuds feature a biomimetic curve design for enhanced comfort and will be offered in three colour options. In addition to delivering CD-quality lossless audio, the earbuds incorporate AI-powered features such as intelligent recording translation and automatic content summarization, positioning them as productivity-focused accessories.
More details about both products are expected to be revealed in the coming days ahead of their official debut later this week.
