The Venue 8 Pro comes with 3G/4G LTE mobile broadband chipsets built in, alongwith dual-band 2x2 MIMO Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. There's a 4830 mAh 2-cell battery that keeps the tablet running. Although a larger battery pack adds to the weight which is why the Venue 8 Pro is a bit heavier at 395 grams but quite thin at just 9 mm. There's an integrated 5 megapixel primary camera and 1.2 megapixel secondary front-facing camera as well. The main feature of the tablet is that it runs full-fledged Windows 8.1 where you can run both Metro as well as all your legacy applications.

Although availability and price are yet to be announced, the Dell Venue 8 Pro will be available in black and red colors.
