The Xperia Z, Xperia Z1 and the Xperia Z Ultra were scheduled sometime later this year, however we now finally some indication of Sony's Android 4.3 update roadmap. The Xperia M and M Dual will get the update in Q1 2014, while the Xperia ZR, ZL, C, L, E dual and T will get the update this quarter.
There is no information on whether Xperia SP and E are going to get the update. But one thing which you might have already noticed is the Xperia Z Google Edition, which we haven't seen till now. This does bring into question the authenticity of the leaked document and therefore we would recommend taking this schedule with a pinch of salt.
