The Sony Xperia Z4 tablet is here with a 2K display, Snapdragon 810 innards with dust and water protection. Sony knows what its good at and is continuing it forward. The Xperia Z4 is a premium tablet from attention to design and specs. Its thinner and lighter than ever before.
The Xperia Z4 tablet comes with a 10.1-inch 2560x1440 pixels LCD IPS display, Snapdragon 810 powering the beast (4 x 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 cores + 4 x 2.0 GHz Cortex-A57 cores) with Adreno 430 GPU, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory, 8 megapixel rear camera, 5.1 megapixel front camera, running Android 5.0 Lollipop and 6000 mAh battery. It will be available in both WiFi only and WiFi with 3G/4G variants. The WiFi only variant weighs in at just 289 grams while the 3G/4G variants comes in at just 393 grams, which is feather-light considering that its a 10-inch plus tablet.
Just like the previous one, the Xperia Z4 Tablet is dust and water resistant as well with IP68 certification which means you can submerge the tablet upto a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 up to minutes without incurring any damage. Moreover, the Zperia Z4 Tablet is just 6.1 mm thin rivaling the Apple iPad Air.
It will be available come June 2015, but is going to be pricey.
