Back in November, Xiaomi had announced the Windows 10 variant of the Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 and is now on sale.
It features the same 7.9-inch 2048x1536 pixels IPS display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass running on the Intel Atom X5-Z8500 chipset packing a 2.2GHz quad-core processor. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 with Windows 10 comes with 2GB RAM, 64GB onboard storage, sadly there's no storage expansion here.
On the connectivity front you have dual-band WiFi ac, Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type-C port for charging and data-transfer, 8MP/5MP cameras and a beefy 6190 mAh battery. The Mi Pad 2 for Windows 10 too has an all-metal build and comes with dual-stereo speakers at the back.
Pricing and Availability
The Windows 10 Mi Pad 2 is now available for CNY 1299 (about $200 or Rs. 13,400) in China, at present there is no word on a global rollout.
