XOLO Play 8X-1200 has just gone official, featuring a 2 GHz MediaTek MT6592T octa-core processor with Mali-450 GPU, 5-inch full-HD 1080p display, 2 GB RAM running Android 4.4 KitKat. There's 32 GB internal storage and there's no expansion slot.
The Play 8X-1200 also has a 13 MP primary camera with dual-LED flash, PureCel sensor which is capable of recording 1080p videos. A 5 MP front-facing camera with BSI sensor can also be found on the device. There's a 2300 mAh battery on the phone which too seems to be non-removable. Connectivity options include 3G with Dual-SIM support, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM Radio as well as USB OTG.

The Play 8X-1200 has been priced at Rs. 19,999 and will be later available in black color. Last week, XOLO launched the 8X-1000 at a press conference in Delhi featuring the company's new HIVE UI.
