Method 1
- Open the Updater App from Tool Folder
- Tap on Overflow menu button
- Tap Choose update package and locate downloaded ROM file (zip).
- The update will begin, wait as this will take some time.
- Reboot your phone.
Method 2
- Rename the downloaded file to "update.zip". Connect your Mi Pad to your PC and transfer the file to the root of your tablet's internal storage.
- Backup your data, as your Mi 5s may get formatted.
- Open Updater from Tools Folder on your homescreen.
- Tap Overflow menu button
- Tap on "Reboot to Recovery mode", alternatively you can power down your Xiaomi smartphone and then press power + Volume Up key simultaneously.
- Once in Recovery, you can navigate using volume rocker and select using power key
- Choose English language using the Volume down key, then press the Power key.
- Navigate to "Install update.zip to System" and Press Power
- Select Yes and press power key to begin installation
- Once done, press back and Select Wipe & Reset
- Then select Wipe Cache, press power key.
- Choose Yes, once done Reboot your device.
- All done!
