Google Pixel 7a render specs leak

Google is preparing a new upcoming mid-range 5G smartphone the Google Pixel 7a, which is now surfaced online by leakster @OnLeaks. It shows a familiar design with a camera bag and a center-punch-hole screen, and reveals dimensions 152.4 x 72.9 x 9.0~10.1mm almost similar to the Pixel 6a.

According to the rumors, the phone will feature an FHD+ 90Hz OLED screen, an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 64MP Sony IMX787 sensor, a major upgrade from the IMX363 sensor in the Pixel 6a, along with a Sony IMX712 ultra-wide sensor.

The source code already revealed the Qualcomm WCN6740 Wi-Fi 6E + BT combo chip for the phone, compared to the Broadcom BCM4389 chip in the Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 series. The phone is expected to come with support for wireless charging, similar to the other Pixel 7 series phones.

The Pixel 7a is expected to launch sometime in the 2nd half of 2023, and we should know more details and the full specifications of the phone in the coming months.
