iQOO has launched its latest mid-range 5G smartphone the iQOO Neo 5S in the Neo series in China, as they announced. It has a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, 1000Hz instant touch sampling rate, 5.8ms touch response, peak brightness of 1,300 nits, support for HDR10+, built-in intelligent display chip Pro for MEMC, DC dimming and has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It runs on the Snapdragon 888 processor with up to 12 GB LPDDR5 enhanced version, which can reach 6400Mbps transfer rate, faster reading, and lower power consumption along with up to 256GB UFS 3.1 enhanced versions, supports the new HID Deep defragmentation technology. It has a triple rear camera setup where a 48MP IMX598 primary camera with OIS, 13MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and has a 16MP punch-hole front-facing camera.
The phone has 4D Game Vibration 3.0, a linear vibration motor, and comes with an AG glass back with retaining large-area graphite plates, VC soaking plates, and high-conductivity heat dissipation gel from the predecessor Neo 5. It also has aerospace-grade high-conductivity rare earth alloys to improve thermal conductivity by up to 200% compared to the predecessor.
It is powered by a 4500mAh battery that supports up to 66W wired fast charging, which can charge the battery 0 to 70% in just 18 minutes.

The company also launched iQOO Neo 5 SE a cheap version in China along with the Neo 5S. It has a 6.67-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 144Hz refresh rate, 5-step variable refresh rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, and runs on a Snapdragon 870 processor with up to 12GB of RAM. It also has a triple rear camera setup where a 50MP rear camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide, a 2MP macro camera, and the same 16MP punch-hole front camera.
It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, linear vibration motor, 4D game vibration, and also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has a 4500mAh battery with 55W flash charging supports.

The iQOO Neo 5S comes in Black, Blue, and Orange colors. It will be available from December 24th in China and the pre-order has started from today.
