Motorola has also launched a mid-range 5G smartphone the moto edge S30 in China along with the Moto edge X30 smartphone, as they announced. It has a 6.8-inch LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 574Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ support. It runs on the flagship Snapdragon 888+ processor with support for 5G SA/NSA, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and is based on Android 11.
It has a triple rear camera setup where a 108MP primary camera along with a 13MP ultrawide-angle camera with the macro option, a 2MP depth sensor, and on the front side has 16MP punch-hole front-facing camera. This phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded into the power button and has a plastic back panel. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W TurboPower fast charging in the box.

The moto edge s30 comes in Phantom Black and Glacier Blue colors, and the pre-order has started on December 12th only in China. Customers also get a 200 yuan discount when it will available for the first time on December 21st.
