Motorola has officially announced the launch date of the Edge 50 Pro on April 3rd, and earlier this week, renders of the Edge 50 Fusion were unveiled. Now, renders of the Edge 50 Ultra, the flagship model in the Edge 50 series, have also emerged.
These renders showcase the phone in Peach Fuzz and Black, featuring a vegan leather finish, while the Beige variant, named Sisal, will sport a brushed finish. It's reported that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, setting it apart from the Pro model with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and the Edge 50 Fusion with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is set to boast a 50MP main camera, an ultra-wide camera, and a periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. Additionally, there's a laser autofocus function positioned above the periscope lens and a triple LED flash on the right side.
Details regarding the display, battery, and charging capabilities are still pending. However, expectations include 12GB of RAM, 125W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging for the Edge 50 Pro.
It's anticipated that this model will be introduced in China as the Motorola X50 Ultra. While the official unveiling is scheduled for April 3rd alongside other Edge 50 series phones, it remains uncertain if the India launch will occur on the same day.
