OnePlus has officially revealed the design details of its upcoming smartphone in th Ace series, the Oneplus Ace 6 Ultra, introducing a new “Ace Awakening” design language, following the launch of the Ace 6 and Ace 6T last year.
The latest information highlights a strong focus on blending bold aesthetics with improved ergonomics. Particular attention has been given to the rear panel design, frame construction, and smoother corner transitions to enhance both look and feel.
Key Design Highlights -
As per official teasers, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is built around four core design elements:

- 3D Stereoscopic Lithography: The rear glass features a specialized 3D lithography technique that creates a dynamic light pattern across the surface, adding depth and texture.
- Metal Cube Deco: The camera module adopts a structured, flat metal layout that neatly arranges the sensors while avoiding common finger resting areas, resulting in a clean and refined appearance.
- Heat-Insulating Metal Frame: The device integrates a thermal insulation system within the metal frame to reduce heat transfer to the user’s hands during intensive usage.
- Extra-Large R-Angles: The chassis includes larger, rounded corners for a more comfortable grip, minimizing hand fatigue during prolonged use.
Focus on Design and Comfort -
The “Ace Awakening” philosophy reflects OnePlus’ emphasis on user comfort alongside visual appeal. By combining dynamic lighting effects with practical structural enhancements, the company aims to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly design.
From the precisely arranged camera module to improved thermal handling and smoother edges, the Ace 6 Ultra is designed to offer both a premium look and a comfortable in-hand experience.
Expected Specifications -
According to OnePlus China head Louis Jie, the smartphone will feature a 165Hz ultra-high refresh rate BOE display, claimed to meet desktop-level e-sports standards. Previous reports suggest it could sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K+ 165Hz BOE screen, be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, and pack an approximately 8500mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging.
