OnePlus CEO already confirmed that it will launch its first smartwatch in the market in mid of 2021, and it has appeared on IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority) website in India a few months back with the name OnePlus Watch and the model number W301GB.
Now the actual design of the OnePlus Watch has been confirmed by DPMA in Germany, which reveals sports and leather bands for the watch. The smartwatch comes with a round dial, two buttons on the right side, a heart rate sensor on the back along charging pins. It will come with a silicone strap which is similar to the OnePlus band strap and other fitness bands, and it looks like a metal casing.
The other patent shows the same watch with a leather strap that can removable with the help of a clasp-type lock, so you can interchange strap similar to most other smartwatches.
Right now, we don’t know the specifications and the WearOS of the watch. It can expect the OnePlus Watch will be introduced along with the OnePlus 9 series smartphones that are expected to launch in mid of March 2021.
