POCO has launched its latest budget-friendly smartphone in the C series, the POCO C85 5G in India. It features a 6.9-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, triple TÜV Rheinland certifications, and an 8MP front camera housed in a notch. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC and comes with up to 8GB RAM, along with an additional 8GB of virtual RAM.
Running Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, the device is confirmed to receive 2 years of software updates and 4 years of security patches. On the rear, it sports a 50MP main camera paired with a secondary sensor. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and is equipped with a 6000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, allowing it to reach 50% in just 28 minutes. It also supports 10W reverse wired charging.
