Update - Today, realme has confirmed the launch of its new flagship killer smartphone the realme GT series in India where the realme GT 5G will be powered by Snapdragon 888 SoC. Today, it also confirmed that it will launch the realme GT Master Edition with Snapdragon 778G SoC in the country. The teaser also shows both the grey and white color variants in the Master Edition. But, there is no detail about the launch of the realme GT Master Explorer Edition with Snapdragon 870 SoC.
The realme GT Master Edition has a 6.43-inch 120Hz FHD+ flat OLED screen, up to 1000 nits brightness, and will come with up to 12GB of RAM with up to 7GB virtual RAM and has a unique back designed by Naoto Fukasawa is inspired from the suitcase design. The vegan leather back cover has a concave-convex grille texture that is not only visually recognizable but also softer to the touch compared to glass. The phones will be available on Flipkart after the launch.

Earlier - Realme CEO Madhav Sheth confirmed in the latest episode of #AskMadhav that will launch the Realme GT 5G smartphone in India on August 18 along with the realme GT Master Edition after it was launched in China last month. The company already launched the realme GT 5G in China back in March after it was launched in European Market in June.

He also said the company will not make any changes in the realme GT 5G for Indian Market, so it will be the same as the global version. The phone will come in Racing Yellow, Dashing Silver, and Dashing Blue colors and up to 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. He confirmed that the realme GT 5G price in India will be high than Rs. 30,000 due to the specs and the build quality.
In an interview with India today, he said that the realme GT 5G series will launch at around Rs. 30,000, so the Master Edition might start at that price, while the price of the realme GT 5G will be higher.
