Realme GT Neo5 Surfaced Online with Dimensity 8200 SoC, up to 240W fast charging

Realme is working on its upcoming flagship samrtphone the Realme GT Neo5, which will be the successor of the GT Neo3 that was launched back in March 2022. Now, the first render image of the realme GT Neo5 has surfaced online by leakster @OnLeaks, which shows a change in the camera design where a large black area in which the camera part is small.

As per the image, there are two circles for the camera module, with the top part featuring the primary sensor, and the other two cameras in the second circle. This is similar to the realme 10 Pro series that was introduced last week.

According to earlier rumors, the standard version of the realme GT Neo5 will support 150W charging and a 5000mAh battery, and there will also be a 240W variant for the phone with a 4600mAh battery. The 150W variant is said to be run on Dimensity 8200 processor. The realme GT Neo5 series is rumored to feature a Sony IMX890 sensor primary camera, with OIS. This should be better than the Sony IMX766 sensor used in the GT Neo3 series.

The realme GT Neo5 series is expected to be introduced sometime in Q1, 2023. We should know more details and the full specifications of the phone in the coming weeks.
