Xiaomi’s Redmi brand just launched its latest mid-range smartphone in the K series the Redmi K30 Ultra at its 10th-anniversary event in China, as they promised. It has a 6.67-inch E3 Super AMOLED display by Samsung with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It runs on the latest Dimensity 1000+ processor with 5G SA/NSA support, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, up to 512GB UFS 2.1 storage, and works on the latest MIUI 12 based on Android 10. It also comes with 3435mm² VC liquid-cooled heat sink to reduce the temperature of the phone by up to 10℃ and has a 3D glass back with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, NFC, and Hi-Res audio support.
Coming to cameras, it has a quad rear camera setup where a 64 MP primary camera along with 13 MP 119° ultra-wide camera, 5 MP (50mm equivalent) macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side has a 20MP pop-up front camera with a 3D sensing system that can quickly sense falling and retreats with a built-in multicolor notification LED light. The Redmi K30 Ultra powered by a 4500mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging in the box, which can charge the phone 100% in an hour and comes in Moonlight White, Midnight Black, and Mint Green colors.
