Vivo has launched its latest TWS earbuds, the TWS 5 and TWS 5 Hi-Fi, the successors to last year’s TWS 4 series in China, along with the Vivo X300 series. The Hi-Fi model is the result of a close collaboration between the vivo Golden Ear Acoustic Team and the Shanghai Conservatory of Music Acoustic Master Group, fine-tuning the acoustic structure and audio algorithms to faithfully reproduce every musical detail.
Both models feature an in-ear design, 60dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) with 5500Hz noise reduction, and up to 45 hours of battery life. They use Bluetooth 5.4 LE, include 2nd generation ceramic tungsten acoustic diaphragms, and have AI-powered call noise reduction microphones. The TWS 5 series supports 44ms full-link low latency, and the Hi-Fi version additionally supports LDAC and LHDC 5.0 high-resolution audio encoding with transmission speeds up to 1.4 Mbps.
The earbuds also feature a professional spatial sound field engine for an immersive 3D panoramic audio experience with four spatial sound effect modes. Additionally, they include a translation feature, leveraging both the TWS hardware and vivo/iQOO software, capable of translating Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, Thai, and other languages in real time.

The vivo TWS 5 is available in Purple, White, and Black and is priced at CNY 399 (≈ USD 56 / ₹4,970). The TWS 5 Hi-Fi comes in Deep Sea Blue and White and is priced at CNY 499 (≈ USD 70 / ₹6,217). Both models are currently open for pre-order in China and will officially go on sale starting October 17th.
