Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship smartphone the Xiaomi 14 for global markets, fulfilling its earlier promise after its initial introduction in China last year. The device boasts a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED flat TCL C8 LTPO panel with a peak brightness of 3000 nits, supporting a variable 1-120Hz refresh rate. It features ultra-narrow bezels measuring 1.61mm and 1.71mm, achieving a remarkable 93.3% screen-to-body ratio. Dolby Vision support is included, along with DC dimming technology.
With a flat side frame, rounded corners, and sharp edges, the phone sports a sleek 71.5mm ultra-narrow body for comfortable one-handed usage. Its back is crafted from frosted glass. Operating on Android 14-based HyperOS, the device promises 4 generations of Android OS upgrades and 5 years of security patches.
The rear camera area now incorporates an infrared sensor, while the speaker opening has been redesigned with a micro-slit hidden design, and the top microphone is discreetly housed within the earpiece area. Moreover, the phone boasts IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the phone offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and incorporates an IceLoop cooling system with a Vapor-liquid separation design and one-way circulation structure, promising three times the performance of traditional VC cooling systems.
Equipped with triple rear cameras, the device includes a 50MP 1/1.31″ 1.2μm large Light Fusion 900 image sensor, providing a 13.5EV high dynamic range, along with an f/1.6 aperture. Additionally, it features a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 3.2X telephoto camera, all equipped with Leica Summilux lenses.
The phone houses a 4610mAh High-density silicon battery and supports 90W wired charging, enabling a full charge in just 31 minutes. It also offers 50W wireless charging for a 100% charge in 46 minutes, along with 10W reverse wireless charging capabilities.

The Xiaomi 14 comes in Jade Green, Black, and White colors, and it is currently being rolled out in various countries across Europe, with the company confirming its launch in India on March 7th.
